Some sprite patch is causing a palette issue with Crystal Dragon during this bonus fight.

If the palette is pulling in code or data instead of color values, it could easily look this chaotic and suboptimal. A small error in the palette offset is likely.
- is this only in this Shinryu + CD fight?
- or does the CD look like this in the initial encounter &/or the boss rush?
- it seems like the 4bpp Monster Sprites patch is in use, looking at Shinryu
- the error is likely in this patch, not any of the character options (which appear to be RK)
